We are urgently looking for freelance Kurdish (Sorani) interpreters located in Manchester to provide interpreting services in various environments, including NHS, local authorities, police, probation services, and other public and private organizations.

Please note: this is a self-employed position.
Your Role:
As an interpreter, you will listen to, understand, and accurately reproduce spoken content from the source language into the target language. Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting for clients accessing legal, health, and local government services.
- Verifying the understanding of non-English speakers after each statement.
- Providing conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
- Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Facilitating communication between service users and providers.
