The Role:
As an interpreter, you will be responsible for accurately listening to, comprehending, and memorizing content in the source language, then reproducing it in the target language with utmost precision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting for individuals accessing legal, health, and local government services
- Verifying the understanding of non-English speakers after each statement
- Engaging in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
- Handling highly confidential information
- Facilitating communication between service users and providers
