This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled UX Designer to create user-centered design solutions that enhance functionality and improve the search experience on our company intranet. The ideal candidate will possess extensive UX design experience, particularly in evaluating and enhancing search functionalities. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing search data, and implementing intuitive design solutions that elevate the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive user experience (UX) strategies tailored to our products and digital initiatives.
  • Analyze user experiences by evaluating applications end-to-end, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Educate project teams and business partners on the importance of user-centric design.
  • Define user experience goals and lead research initiatives.
  • Anticipate internal and external business challenges while influencing strategy.
  • Innovate with new concepts and strategies that yield significant impacts on design.
  • Apply appropriate Design Thinking methodologies according to product requirements.
  • Create journey maps, swim lane diagrams, empathy maps, and personas to guide design efforts.
  • Design wireframes and prototypes that align with business and user objectives.
  • Collaborate with business partners, market researchers, and program managers to solve complex UX challenges.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for user insights and UX best practices.
