Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UX design function, driving design excellence and strategic direction across all projects.
- Establish and uphold design systems, governance, and best practices that ensure consistency and quality.
- Convert complex business needs into intuitive, elegant, and user-centric digital experiences.
- Guide and mentor design teams to achieve their maximum potential.
- Work closely with Strategy, Product, AI, and Development teams to ensure design outcomes align with business and user objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design workshops to validate and refine design solutions.
- Act as the design function representative with clients and senior stakeholders, articulating strategies and results effectively.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design systems.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale digital products and transformation initiatives.
- Certification in UX/UI from recognized institutions (e.g., NN/g, HFI CUA/CXA, Interaction Design Foundation, or similar).
- A strong portfolio that showcases strategic design leadership and high-quality execution.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Located in the UK or Europe, with the capability to collaborate across global teams.
