Key Responsibilities:Master the Showpad Value Realization Methodology: Become proficient in a framework that enables our teams to assess customer maturity, pinpoint success metrics, and devise strategies to guide high-value accounts toward realizing ROI. This methodology will be critical to the success of our Value Engineering function. Develop the Value Engineering Blueprint: Collaborate with key stakeholders within Revenue Enablement to formulate and execute strategies for scaling Showpad’s global Value Engineering function, serving as the analytical and operational backbone of the team. Oversee the Value Assessment Request Process: Manage the flow of requests for Value Engineering assistance, working closely with Enablement stakeholders to address specific customer and account needs.

Showpad is seeking a Value Engineer in Pune to help shape and grow the Value Engineering function. This position focuses on working with teams throughout the company to clearly communicate the measurable return on investment (ROI) that Showpad’s software delivers for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

  • Transform complex data into clear, persuasive financial narratives that demonstrate Showpad’s influence on revenue, efficiency, and talent development.
  • Partner with account teams to convert customer results into solid, quantitative business cases.
  • Assist in developing materials and analyses that illustrate Showpad’s value for more than 1,400 clients globally.

Reporting structure

This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Enablement. The Value Engineer serves as a link between detailed data and executive-level business cases.
