Engineering degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in cost optimization, value engineering, design to cost, or product engineering. Strong understanding of system architectures (mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic). Ability to analyze costs and propose optimized technical solutions. Experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
