• Our physicians deliver bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
• We offer comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a specialized fellowship, equipping you with the skills needed for clinical excellence.
• W2 physicians earn an average of $300,000 annually plus benefits for a 30-hour work week (with part-time options available).

Practice Overview:
 
• Full-time positions are Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) with part-time roles available.
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities.
• Physicians provide innovative wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time roles require a minimum of 3 days per week, while full-time roles are 4-5 days per week.
• Mobile practice: Physicians visit facilities within a 40 to 60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Treat approximately 20-30 patients daily across 2-3 facilities.
• Clinical documentation is completed in real-time at the point of care using our proprietary wound-specific EMR system.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding, along with a 6-month wound care fellowship.
