Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead one of our Velocity Sales teams and ensure consistent revenue growth. In this role, you will develop and mentor a team of Sales Executives, fostering a high-performance culture where meeting goals is the norm.
You will remove obstacles, maintain team momentum, and guarantee that nothing impedes your team from achieving their targets. Familiarity with AI tools is essential, as you will build a team that incorporates AI seamlessly into their processes for prospecting, qualifying leads, forecasting, and closing deals.
You will be responsible for the team's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quota and report directly to the Head of Global Velocity Sales, translating global strategies into impactful regional results while advocating for Keyloop's platform vision.
