Qualifications
Up to 2 years of experience in roles focused on scaling, such as Operations/Strategy, Venture Building, (Tech) Consulting, RevOps/Business Ops, Product Ops, or Data/Analytics with a strong business orientation. Hands-on experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., Make.com, n8n), demonstrating a successful track record of developing and deploying workflows, integrations, or internal tools from start to finish. Deep understanding of system landscapes and integrations, including APIs/webhooks, AI agents, and common tooling stacks (CRM, ticketing systems, data warehouses, product/backend systems). Strong analytical skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
