About the Role:

As a member of AngelList’s Venture Relations team, you will be the primary liaison for our clients utilizing our comprehensive suite of private market software solutions. Our clientele includes prominent investors within the Venture Capital landscape, CFOs of multi-billion dollar private funds, and professionals in private fund management. The Venture Relations team collaborates with clients to ensure a seamless product experience, enhance retention, and foster growth.

In this role, you will act as the operational hub for AngelList’s clients, partnering closely with Account Managers to oversee fund operations, resolve client inquiries, and serve as a subject matter expert on our software platform. You will engage directly with General Partners, CFOs, and other external stakeholders to drive results and focus on executing essential workflows that empower Account Managers and our clients. Internally, you will work alongside sales, engineering, legal, finance, operations, and tax teams to improve platform efficiency and address client challenges.

Please note, this is a customer-facing role and not an investment position.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York City office, with expectations of being in the office 2-3 days a week.
