This position centers on delivering tailored service and meeting guest needs across several departments. The Versatile Service Staff Member rotates between Front Office, Butler, Doorman, Reservations, and Housekeeping, gaining broad experience in hotel operations. Key responsibilities
- Front Office/Reservations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, and respond to emails and phone calls.
- Doorman: Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate activities in the lobby.
- Butler: Anticipate guest wishes, manage luggage, and remain available for guest requests.
- Housekeeping: Inspect rooms and public areas, oversee housekeeping staff, and manage supply orders.
- Breakfast: Prepare and serve breakfast in the restaurant.
