Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to structure intricate transactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to identify risks and develop strategic solutions that align with business objectives.

We are seeking a seasoned commercial attorney to join our team as the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. In this pivotal role, you will act as the deputy to the Senior Vice President of the Commercial Business and Legal Affairs (CBLA), providing strategic legal counsel while overseeing a team of skilled transactional lawyers and legal professionals.

This hybrid position is based in our New York City headquarters, requiring in-office attendance approximately three days a week.
