As a Vice President, Digital Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customer interactions into remarkable experiences, while contributing to our award-winning workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts, focusing on Microsoft solutions tailored for digital contact centers. Utilizing our status as a recognized Microsoft partner, you will assist clients of all sizes in navigating their Microsoft Cloud needs, particularly within the Microsoft Business Application product suite. As a trusted advisor, you will identify new revenue streams, create value-added opportunities, and foster strong partnerships. Our mission is to help organizations elevate their customer experiences through effective digital transformation.
• Utilize exceptional prospecting skills and resourcefulness to identify potential clients and generate new business. This includes networking with former partners, conducting industry research, leveraging social media, and applying your expertise in industry and technology to pinpoint strategic sales opportunities.
• Present Statements of Work (SOWs), Return on Marketing (ROM) documents, and capability presentations to prospective clients and Microsoft in a clear and impactful manner.
• Maximize the value of solutions offered by deepening engagement with current accounts and utilizing all available resources to secure additional business across the entire Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
