About the Team
The Global Digital Commerce organization is integral to shaping the vision, growth, and execution of all digital initiatives across our brands: Harry’s, Flamingo, Mando, and Lume. We craft and deliver digital experiences that seamlessly connect our customers with our products while laying the groundwork for enduring omnichannel success.
Our team operates at the confluence of brand, customer engagement, innovation, and technology. The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) segment is the lifeblood of our operations, where we launch, learn, and cultivate communities. We are responsible for driving product innovation and directly interfacing with our customers, consistently gathering insights to refine and strengthen our brand connections. We oversee the complete customer experience, from marketing to site navigation/checkout, logistics, and customer support, consolidating analytics and insights to inform our overarching brand strategy. Ultimately, we manage the P&L across our diverse direct-to-consumer brands, ensuring each thrives in the digital realm while sharing best practices, platforms, and insights.
