Position Overview:
The Investment AI Engineer will serve as a senior, execution-oriented member of the Investment team, collaborating with quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to create, implement, and manage intelligent solutions that enhance the investment process. This role will work closely with the Technology team to develop production-grade enterprise AI capabilities, while focusing on building investment-specific skills, sub-agents, and workflows that facilitate safe, repeatable automation within research and portfolio management tasks. Success in this role requires the ability to translate complex investment and research objectives into clear, actionable specifications and high-quality merge requests that seamlessly integrate into existing production systems.
Acadian promotes a hybrid work environment; employees are expected to be on-site in the Boston office three days a week.
