Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture that inspires colleagues and clients to adopt disruption as a cornerstone of brand strategies.
- Mentor junior strategists, promoting engagement through learning and professional development.
- Build and nurture impactful senior client relationships to ensure strategic recommendations surpass expectations.
- Facilitate agency and client brainstorming sessions, utilizing disruption and other innovative facilitation tools.
- Lead analytical efforts in client and agency research, uncovering insights that drive brand growth.
- Contribute to and spearhead various aspects of Disruption Live, identifying trending topics and monitoring macro-cultural trends.
- Collaborate with account and creative managers to develop brand positioning, disruption roadmaps, and comprehensive creative briefs.
- Generate insights from diverse data sources to ensure the creation of disruptive creative and brand concepts.
- Support new business pitches by managing customer insight generation linked to clinical data essential for pitching.
- Conduct interviews with target prospects to gather content for pitch narratives.
