MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Over 10 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in decision-making. Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for execution, whether developing presentations, configuring automated systems, or leading meetings. Excellent relationship management skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven ability to drive change and foster accountability. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA from a top-tier business school. Technical proficiency with the capability to engage in system design and process optimization.
