Role Overview
The Business Strategy team drives Acadian’s strategic vision in partnership with the Executive Committee and aligns initiatives with company-wide priorities. The team works closely with leaders across the business to turn strategy into practical projects, promote alignment, and maintain disciplined execution of the firm’s project portfolio. The goal is to support sustainable growth, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Align projects, teams, and resources to deliver on firmwide strategic initiatives.
- Report to the Director of Business Strategy and work directly with senior leaders to define the scope of complex projects.
- Establish business requirements and oversee implementation across multiple functions.
- Operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, with significant visibility across the organization.
- Influence outcomes without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
Work Location
This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Acadian supports a hybrid work model. The Vice President of Business Strategy is expected to be on-site at least three days per week.
