Your Role

You will collaborate with the Disputes and Valuations team within our Risk Advisory practice, applying your accounting, financial, and data analysis expertise to help clients navigate their most pressing issues. You will work alongside AlixPartners’ specialists to tackle complex challenges related to commercial litigation, business valuations, and investigations.

Our litigation support and valuation teams conduct tasks including financial damage analysis, lost profit determination, business and asset valuations, expert report drafting, testimony provision, and independent auditor work assessment.

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis, performing detailed financial assessments that influence litigation damages or valuations, while understanding the relevant industry or market.
  • Develop and evaluate projections and forecasts.
  • Create financial models that incorporate valuation theories, including discounted cash flow (DCF) models.
  • Examine financial transactions for potential fraud and adherence to GAAP or IFRS.
  • Review audit working papers to ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues through written and oral presentations, including drafting expert reports.
  • Manage and analyze extensive data sets.
  • Apply statistical analysis methods.
  • Prepare presentation materials.
