Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Employer Sales to spearhead our employer strategy by directly marketing CirrusMD’s Virtual Care solution to employers, as well as through their benefits consultants and brokers. This pivotal role entails fostering relationships with corporate benefits executives and key influencers at prominent national and regional firms. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and a proven history of successful sales in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive employer strategy and territory plan.
- Identify, segment, and cultivate new business opportunities with employers, brokers, and consultants.
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior benefits executives to effectively communicate CirrusMD’s value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts with senior management.
- Exhibit expertise in positioning and selling high-value solutions across diverse pricing models.
- Collaborate independently and as part of a professional team.
- Comprehend clients’ business objectives and relay insights to the CirrusMD team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of CirrusMD’s solutions, including implementation and intended client use.
- Offer market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform future developments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, value-based healthcare transformation, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales operations and account management to ensure alignment with departmental and company strategies.
