Your Role

We are looking for a strategic Vice President of Engineering to guide, inspire, and scale a high-performing engineering team dedicated to developing next-generation defense technologies. This role requires a balance of leadership, technical insight, and project execution to empower our engineers to excel and align their work with our overarching company and product strategies.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to establish clear direction, cultivate momentum, and ensure our solutions deliver the reliability, performance, and clarity essential for mission-critical operations. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Technical Leadership & Project Delivery
