The Vice President of Finance and M&A will lead operational finance efforts, collaborating closely with the CFO to conduct due diligence and seamlessly integrate acquired companies. We are looking for a driven leader who can elevate our finance functions and drive EBITDA growth across both core and acquired business sectors. This position is hands-on, emphasizing the implementation of scalable systems over merely adding personnel to manage processes. You will report directly to the CFO, who is spearheading our growth strategy and financing initiatives.
