Your Ideal Attributes
As the Vice President of Growth and Systems, you will be pivotal in developing and scaling Pebl’s contemporary growth engine through both Sales Led and Product Led initiatives. This strategic and hands-on leadership position encompasses growth strategy, campaign execution, marketing systems, AI integration, planning, and operational excellence, with a clear focus on driving revenue.
You will oversee comprehensive campaign execution, integrating digital and field marketing teams, and enhancing growth infrastructure, including marketing operations, data analytics, funnel optimization, experimentation, forecasting, and systems architecture. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership will be essential to maintain a predictable, efficient, and scalable growth engine for Pebl.
How You Will Contribute:
Devise and spearhead Pebl's AI-driven growth strategy across Sales Led and Product Led funnels, aligning marketing, product, and revenue teams around a cohesive growth vision.
Construct and refine a unified funnel from initial engagement through revenue generation, retention, and expansion.
Oversee the marketing and growth technology ecosystem, including data infrastructure, automation, modeling, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide executive visibility into pipeline, conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and growth efficiency, ensuring consistent definitions across teams.
Manage multiple projects with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving continuous improvement.
