We embrace a hybrid work model, requiring employees to collaborate in person at one of our office hubs at least two days a week (or eight days a month). Our U. S. hub locations include: Austin, TX; New York City, NY; San Francisco, CA; and the Washington, DC metro area. For roles based in Europe, our hubs are located in London, UK, and Amsterdam, NL. The Vice President of Key Accounts is a critical position, tasked with managing and enhancing the sales ecosystem for our most strategic accounts. This role encompasses not only meeting sales objectives but also integrating new sales, account management, and customer success into a cohesive strategy.
This is an individual contributor position.
Responsibilities:
New Sales Generation: Spearhead the acquisition of new business through innovative sales strategies and C-level engagement. Identify and capitalize on market growth opportunities while staying ahead of industry trends.
Account Management: Supervise and refine account management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with the account management team to uncover upsell and cross-sell prospects.
Customer Success: Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
