We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing based in London (remote-friendly), who excels at the crossroads of strategic thinking, execution, and data-driven analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing digital, brand, content, and campaign initiatives across London and regional markets (Southeast Asia).
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM systems.
  • Design and execute performance marketing strategies with defined KPIs: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion metrics.
  • Establish and manage a robust content marketing framework, including blogs, video scripts, landing pages, and messaging for campaigns.
  • Define and refine the BJAK brand voice and positioning across various channels.
  • Oversee creative production in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers.
  • Utilize data analysis and market insights to drive strategic enhancements.
  • Work closely with product, design, sales, and data teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and resource distribution, making decisions driven by return on investment.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.
