Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing digital, brand, content, and campaign initiatives across London and regional markets (Southeast Asia).
- Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM systems.
- Design and execute performance marketing strategies with defined KPIs: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversion metrics.
- Establish and manage a robust content marketing framework, including blogs, video scripts, landing pages, and messaging for campaigns.
- Define and refine the BJAK brand voice and positioning across various channels.
- Oversee creative production in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers.
- Utilize data analysis and market insights to drive strategic enhancements.
- Work closely with product, design, sales, and data teams to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and resource distribution, making decisions driven by return on investment.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and features.
