About the Role
In the capacity of Vice President of Professional Services, you will be responsible for the comprehensive strategy and execution of onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for Zenoti’s global SaaS clientele. You’ll spearhead and expand a high-impact team of leaders and practitioners focused on ensuring customer success from Day 1 through efficient project governance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence.
This executive position is ideal for a leader who excels in driving customer transformation at scale, leveraging data and AI capabilities, fostering cross-functional trust, and cultivating the next generation of delivery leadership. You will closely collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure that Professional Services acts as a strategic growth driver for the organization.
