Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President of Regional Sales, you will be a pivotal member of the CRL leadership team, responsible for steering sustainable revenue growth and leading a dynamic, customer-centric sales organization. You will design strategies, motivate teams, and deliver transformative solutions that enhance our market presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement regional sales and channel strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Align sales objectives with overall business strategy through effective forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Create and maintain annual segment plans to attract new customers, increase market share, and enter new markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to synchronize priorities, campaigns, and resources.
- Design and refine sales structures, including territories, roles, quotas, and incentive programs.
- Leverage data, market insights, and competitive intelligence for informed decision-making and growth identification.
