Key ResponsibilitiesLead the comprehensive corporate sales forecasting process, closely collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing leadership to establish a unified source of truth for revenue predictions. Develop and maintain standardized forecasting methodologies which include pipeline inspection, data science-driven conversion modeling, services analysis, and scenario planning across different regions and segments. Oversee the design and governance of global sales compensation plans that reinforce the GTM strategy, promote collaboration, and ensure fiscal alignment with corporate objectives. Provide executive-level insights regarding forecast risks, opportunities, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.

The Opportunity and Team Overview

The Vice President of Revenue Operations (RevOps) / Sales Operations will serve as a key strategic business partner to the COO, CRO, CCO, and the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing a global team dedicated to building and optimizing the systems, processes, and analytics that ensure predictable and scalable revenue performance throughout the customer lifecycle (Acquire, Implement, Expand, Retain). This leader is a strategic operator collaborating with GTM, Customer Success, and Services, transforming strategy into actionable execution, and is responsible for comprehensive forecasting for bookings and retention, pipeline and deal management, global analytics, territory design, quota setting, sales and services compensation, and field effectiveness.

The perfect candidate will have 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise/Global SaaS revenue operations or sales and services operations, showcasing proven operational expertise in driving commercial excellence within Salesforce and a modern, integrated GTM tool ecosystem.
