Key Responsibilities:Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that fosters predictable and scalable revenue growth across all target markets. Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on support to Sales Engineers on intricate opportunities and personally leading our largest and most challenging enterprise deals to ensure successful closures. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. Establish shared KPIs, collaborative planning, and continuous feedback loops to enhance win rates, expansion, and product-market alignment. Build and expand the sales organization from the ground up, including Sales Engineers (SEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and sales operations staff, while cultivating a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance excellence. Define and uphold process discipline throughout the sales cycle, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) clarity, outbound and SDR scripting, pipeline generation expectations, territory management, CRM integrity, and rigorous stage qualification. Establish and oversee KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline to ensure consistent performance and accurate revenue projections. Ensure forecasting precision through thorough pipeline review, predictable stage-progression criteria, and standardized qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED). Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis for reliable forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Represent the organization as the public-facing sales leader by participating in webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-facing events, embodying the unified CXT brand. Drive growth in key verticals (courier, shippers, healthcare) through targeted initiatives and strategic market development.
