Oversee the development of full-stack and mobile applications using technologies like React/Flutter, Python/Node, and C++/C# to create customer-facing portals and internal workflow solutions. Manage industrial automation and operational technology integration, ensuring compliance with PLC/SCADA standards and optimizing sensor networks. Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to streamline development and deployment processes. Provide direct support for critical issues, addressing network setups, cloud configurations, and code assessments as needed. Work collaboratively with Sales to refine pricing models and technical support during late-stage processes, bridging the gap between commercial and engineering teams. Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in engineering, IT administration, data science, and security, fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance.
