Your Role
As a VIP Account Manager at Novibet, you will be tasked with managing key accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of VIP Key Account Customers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers by consistently proposing solutions that align with their objectives
- Play a crucial role in generating new sales that lead to enduring relationships
- Assist high-end, high-value players and participate in hospitality events
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a premier VIP customer experience
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders using key account metrics
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Demonstrated experience as a VIP Account Manager within the iGaming sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in English
