The ideal candidate will exhibit an ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical challenges, and continuously seek improvements in systems with automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage automations using platforms like N8N, Zapier, and Make.com.
- Develop and implement API integrations between various business tools (CRMs, email platforms, project management tools).
- Create efficient workflows connecting CRMs, landing pages, and email platforms.
- Conduct thorough testing of automations, triggers, and confirmation sequences before and after deployment.
- Proactively monitor live automations for errors or performance issues, addressing them promptly.
- Oversee API keys and manage system integrations across connected platforms.
- Regularly audit systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and enhance workflows through automation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, automations, and processes through detailed SOPs.
- Build and implement AI agents and AI-assisted workflows.
- Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI nodes within automation platforms.
- Develop AI-enhanced processes for follow-up sequences, reporting, communication, and content drafting.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging AI tools that drive operational efficiency.
- Provide training to team members on new AI tools and automated workflows as required.
- Maintain CRM systems, including tags, pipelines, automations, and contact records.
- Ensure accurate flow of lead sources, form submissions, and contact data into the CRM.
- Design recruiting or sales sequences, drip campaigns, and follow-up workflows.
- Regularly audit CRM data for errors and duplicates.
- Create reporting views and dashboards to visualize pipeline performance.
- Set up and manage event landing pages on platforms like Squarespace.
- Automate connections between registration forms and CRM systems.
- Develop email invitation, reminder, and confirmation sequences.
- Establish replay pages and automated follow-up workflows post-events.
- Monitor event funnel metrics and report outcomes.
- Build and maintain dashboards for tracking pipeline performance, automation health, and campaign results.
