Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly review and compare AI-generated transcripts against original livestream recordings to detect and correct: 1) Speaker misidentifications 2) Typographical errors 3) AI-generated inaccuracies (“hallucinations”).
Edit, format, and ensure quality control on written summaries of hearings/events.
Conduct efficient online research to verify facts, identify speakers, and confirm contextual accuracy.
Master and effectively utilize AI and other digital tools for transcription review, data processing, and organization.
Provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing AI transcription and summarization tools.
Maintain structured workflows and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently while ensuring exceptional accuracy.

What You Will Do This position covers a broad set of tasks across operations and client support. The Virtual Assistant will: Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments Assist with sales leads and project administration Support company directors with personal and administrative tasks Process website orders and coordinate order fulfillment Follow up on freight and delivery issues Set up projects accurately in Salesforce Ensure diligent completion of all assigned projects and tasks Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort using Xero, Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal admin tools. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable and Debt Follow-Up Regularly review overdue accounts in Xero Check each overdue account in Salesforce before contacting customers Investigate reasons for delayed payments, such as: Installation delays Quality concerns Customer complaints Unresolved service or project issues Decide whether to follow up immediately or escalate issues internally Document actions, customer feedback, and next steps thoroughly Escalate complex issues to management before taking further action Maintain a friendly, professional approach in all payment-related communication
