We are currently inviting a Visual Quality Control Operator to join our expanding team in Vilnius.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

Utilizing automated equipment to inspect the quality of electronic component assembly lines.
Documenting and monitoring any discrepancies in visual assembly quality.
Addressing discrepancies (soldering of electronic components).
Preparing inspection equipment for operation, fine-tuning, and configuring programs.
Working in a 3-shift schedule: I - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, II - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, III - 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM. 5 working days a week (weekends and holidays off).

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the role centers on supporting the company’s growth by recruiting and welcoming new team members to the Vilnius office. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, including active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, CVbankas, and other candidate databases. Partner with management to understand hiring needs and contribute to effective decision-making throughout the talent acquisition process. Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Support employer branding efforts to attract skilled professionals. Foster open, values-driven communication and help strengthen the internal culture. Requirements Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Ability to attract candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles, using creative sourcing strategies and persistence. Strong English skills; Russian language ability is considered an advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Results-focused, attentive to quality, and accountable for outcomes.
