We are currently inviting a Visual Quality Control Operator to join our expanding team in Vilnius.

Your responsibilities in this role include:
- Utilizing automated equipment to inspect the quality of electronic component assembly lines.
- Documenting and monitoring any discrepancies in visual assembly quality.
- Addressing discrepancies (soldering of electronic components).
- Preparing inspection equipment for operation, fine-tuning, and configuring programs.
- Working in a 3-shift schedule: I - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, II - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, III - 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM. 5 working days a week (weekends and holidays off).
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Secondary or higher education (a background in electronics or telecommunications is a significant advantage).
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy (especially in MS Excel).
- Responsibility, diligence, and effective communication skills.

Salary:
We value every effort and experience, thus offering an attractive salary that aligns with skills and competencies. The salary for this position ranges from €11 per hour (~€1848 monthly) to €13 per hour (~€2184 monthly) before tax, depending on your experience and competencies, with the possibility of bonuses.
