The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Specialist to manage and enhance logistics, warehouse management, and asset-related processes.
In this role, you will implement and improve asset management processes, review logistics and warehousing operations, set up equipment certification, onboard new partners and locations, and manage insurance and sales of old assets.
This is an on-site position based in Lappeenranta, Finland.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing and optimizing all logistics and warehouse management processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Implementing asset management processes to track the entire lifecycle of assets.
- Reviewing and refining logistics and warehousing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Establishing and managing equipment certification processes to meet operational and regulatory standards.
- Onboarding new partners and locations to ensure seamless integration into logistics and asset management systems.
- Managing asset insurance, including claims, renewals, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating the sale of obsolete assets.
