Role Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate with a focus on technical support to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role merges warehouse operations, inventory management, and hands-on technical support to ensure that our products are accurately prepared, maintained, and primed for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment

Organize, track, package, and fulfill orders for espresso machines and related products.
Receive and process incoming inventory, including purchase orders and parts.
Assemble kits and maintain precise inventory organization.

Technical Support

Collaborate with technicians on cleaning, basic testing, and preparation of espresso machines.
Assist with disassembly and reassembly of external components as required.
Ensure that all equipment is clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or display.

Quality & Process Support

Clean and prepare machines for product photography.
Capture clear and consistent product images as needed.
Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications
