Role Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate with a focus on technical support to become a vital part of our expanding team. This role merges warehouse operations, inventory management, and hands-on technical support to ensure that our products are accurately prepared, maintained, and primed for shipment.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on working with their hands, maintaining organization, and supporting technical processes in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Organize, track, package, and fulfill orders for espresso machines and related products.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, including purchase orders and parts.
- Assemble kits and maintain precise inventory organization.
Technical Support
- Collaborate with technicians on cleaning, basic testing, and preparation of espresso machines.
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly of external components as required.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean, presentable, and ready for shipment or display.
Quality & Process Support
- Clean and prepare machines for product photography.
- Capture clear and consistent product images as needed.
- Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficient in performing hands-on, manual tasks with various equipment and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adhere to processes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with coffee equipment, appliances, or mechanical systems.
- A genuine interest in or passion for coffee.
