Join the dynamic team at Optime Group as we partner with Avanti Trains to recruit enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives at the bustling Glasgow Central Train Station. This engaging role offers excellent working hours and the potential for overtime, all within a supportive and well-equipped environment. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be integral in ensuring the timely delivery of catering supplies and goods to our train clients, adhering to various scheduling requirements.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £12.21 to £13.02 per hour.
- Location: Glasgow Central Train Station, G1 3SL
- Shift Pattern: 5 days a week out of 7
- Shifts: Flexibility required between 07:00 am - 11:00 pm (starting at £12.21/hour) or night shifts from 11:00 pm - 06:30 am (£13.02/hour)
- Weekly Pay
- Opportunity for Temp to Perm status based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage incoming goods.
- Unpack products from primary packaging and position them on hanging rails.
- Repack items to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners for locating and placing goods accurately.
- Pick and pack items efficiently.
- Ensure contents of bars meet train standards.
- Restock bars returning from trains.
- Inspect and seal goods.
- Receive goods into the warehouse.
- Distribute stock accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records for all products.
- Organize and manage warehouse inventory effectively.
