Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wealth advisor team to deliver holistic wealth management guidance to high-net-worth clients.

  • Develop thoughtful, customized financial plans and investment portfolios through in-depth research and analysis.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing their questions and needs.

  • Work effectively with your team and utilize available resources to fulfill client requests and maintain up-to-date information.

  • Actively participate in acquiring new clients by fostering strategic partnerships and engaging with community networks.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous education and professional development, mentoring junior wealth advisors and client service associates.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, legal, or a related field is required.

  • Possession of Series 65, CFP, or CFA certification is mandatory.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in wealth management, including fee-based consulting, tax strategies, mutual funds, money management programs, and comprehensive financial planning.

  • Prior experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients is essential.

  • Proficiency in financial planning and investment software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro) is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and communication skills are crucial.

  • Experience in talent development, including training and mentoring new staff, is highly valued.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Meticulous attention to detail is required.
