About the Role
We are in search of a talented Web Solutions Engineer, a web enthusiast who thrives on solving intricate problems and navigating the complexities of modern browsers, networks, and hybrid environments.
In this role, you will become the go-to expert for BioCatch’s Web SDK integrations, assisting enterprise clients across the globe. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across various browsers, WebViews, and customer environments, ensuring seamless integrations, and collaborating with both internal and external engineering teams to guarantee high-quality deployments.

Responsibilities
Lead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise clients, primarily within the banking and financial sectors.
Analyze and resolve complex web issues such as CORS, cookies, storage, CSP, CDN failures, ad blockers, redirects, caching, and hybrid/WebView behaviors.
Provide support to Solution Engineers, R&D, and BioCatch clients by offering expert technical insights, root cause analysis, and guidance on intricate edge cases to ensure successful deployments.
Oversee SDK configurations and version updates, including bootstrapping, NPM delivery, session continuity, and environmental tuning.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal training materials to empower SE teams across various regions.
Guarantee that integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across different browsers, devices, and customer environments.
