Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Shopify development roadmap for our D2C webshops, enhancing consumer experience and commercial outcomes.
- Create and maintain high-performing, scalable Shopify themes with clean architecture.
- Transform UX/UI concepts into implementations that focus on conversion.
- Develop advanced front-end functionalities using JavaScript (including dynamic pricing, bundles, subscriptions, filtering, and cart logic).
- Execute and refine CRO initiatives such as product bundles, tiered discounts, upsells, and personalized landing pages.
- Create custom cart and checkout logic utilizing Shopify Scripts, Functions, and Admin APIs.
- Integrate third-party tools like subscriptions, quiz funnels, and personalization engines.
- Enhance site performance, technical SEO, and accessibility (WCAG) within Shopify environments.
- Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to rapidly test, learn, and scale.
- Utilize data and performance insights to continuously elevate conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and overall commercial KPIs.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Shopify development in a D2C or e-commerce context.
- Strong knowledge of the D2C ecosystem, marketplaces, and Shopify tools.
- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable commercial outcomes (CRO, performance optimization, revenue growth).
- Proficient technical skills in Liquid, JavaScript, metafields, localization, and multi-market setups.
- Experience in dynamic environments such as FMCG, retail, or high-growth scale-ups.
- Data-driven mindset with robust Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
- Able to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and operational execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
