Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)
Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide essential home health visits from our Denver Visits office.
This position requires prior or current Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation experience, as the primary focus of weekend visits is on admissions.
Occasional assistance with other types of visits may be required based on operational needs and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):
- Adhere to a designated care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Conduct home visits to clients within assigned geographic territories.
- Perform medical duties, including administering medication, wound care, and executing treatments and procedures.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Implement and document physicians’ orders accurately.
- Conduct client assessments as necessary.
