What We Offer You

A gross hourly wage ranging from €17.37 to €20.70 based on your qualifications and experience (in accordance with the Private Security Collective Agreement), excluding bonuses and allowances;
- 35% bonus from Saturday 00:00 to Sunday 24:00
- 20% bonus on weekdays from 00:00 to 07:00
- 10% bonus on weekdays from 18:00 to 24:00

Your Responsibilities

As an Object Security Officer, you will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. By being visibly present, you can prevent situations before they escalate. This requires vigilance, an overview, and a keen awareness of what – and who – stands out. The combination of security and hospitality is second nature to you; you are friendly, service-oriented, and a true team player!

You oversee the safety of the building and its occupants;
You monitor (access) systems and conduct patrol rounds;
You respond appropriately to incidents, unwanted situations, or emergencies;
You accurately report occurrences and tasks, ensuring a clear handover to colleagues;
You work in a team with fellow security officers and maintain close contact with reception and facility services.

The size and layout of both locations make your work challenging and varied. You will conduct numerous rounds, monitor different areas, and know precisely where additional attention is needed. Not everything is visible at first glance, which makes your role both important and interesting. You will identify deviations promptly and take immediate action when necessary.

Being friendly, helpful, and a true team player are your strengths!You monitor the safety of the building and its occupants;You check access systems and conduct patrols;You respond effectively to incidents, unwanted situations, or emergencies;You accurately report events and tasks, ensuring clear handovers to colleagues;You work alongside fellow security personnel and maintain close communication with reception and facilities services.You will work flexible shifts: morning, evening, night, and weekends, as we ensure the premises are secured 24/7.
