We are looking for a talented individual with significant expertise in the Benefits and Payroll modules of Workday. You will play a crucial role in the seamless operation and enhancement of our Workday system. What You'll Achieve
- Engage with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders in Payroll, Benefits, and potentially another functional area to pinpoint areas for development and deliver technical solutions through People systems and technology.
- Technology Consultation and Implementation: Partner with functional leaders and subject matter experts in the People team to design, develop, and roll out technology solutions that boost operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance customer experience.
- Workday Upgrades and Enhancements: Assist in Workday upgrades and enhancements, overseeing prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model development.
- System Configuration Review: Examine system configurations and business processes, preparing load files to maintain smooth operations.
- Custom Reports Development: Generate both basic and advanced custom reports, handle data extraction requests, and manage substantial, critical data sets with precision.
- Issue Resolution: Deliver exceptional customer service by swiftly troubleshooting complex issues and resolving errors efficiently.
- Security Maintenance: Gather, document, and uphold security requirements and policies for user-level access to People applications.
