Role overview
This role centers on organizing and refining business processes for a service-based operation. The main goal is to turn real-world workflows into clear, structured Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and automated processes that are easy for anyone to follow. Day-to-day, this involves gathering information, mapping out how work gets done, testing processes, and making ongoing improvements to keep operations smooth and consistent.
What you will do
- Create step-by-step workflows to eliminate guesswork and reduce reliance on memory.
- Link processes to SOPs, templates, and AI-assisted tools to ensure consistency.
- Set up systems that automatically generate tasks when workflows are initiated.
- Develop guides that walk users through each process from start to finish, without the need for extra instruction.
- Review and update workflows regularly to improve efficiency and reliability.
