Key Responsibilities:

Design and refine NHS rotas using Lantum’s AI-driven scheduling platform.
Analyze specific Trust requirements and incorporate them into scheduling constraints.
Adjust constraint weights to achieve a balance of fairness, compliance, preferences, and coverage.
Assess the output of scheduling solutions against client acceptance criteria and timelines.
Meet fixed delivery milestones aligned with clinical publication schedules.

Technical Skills:

Develop and modify scheduling constraints using Java with OptaPlanner/Timefold.
Use SQL (Postgres) for querying and validating rota data.
Analyze and debug solver outputs to ensure effective scheduling solutions.
