THE TEAM AND ROLE

We are looking for a Working Student in Compliance Management (All Genders) who will play an essential role in supporting our Compliance Manager. You will be involved in implementing and monitoring compliance with various certification standards, including DIN EN ISO (ISO 27001/ ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 and BSI C5). Your contributions will be crucial in embedding compliance processes within our organization. Additionally, you will assist in preparing regulatory documentation and provide guidance for our product development teams, ensuring alignment between regulatory requirements and operational activities to promote high-quality outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Compliance Manager with the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of certification standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, IT, and project teams to maintain compliance-related processes and documentation.

  • Help prepare and update regulatory documentation and training materials for product developers and other stakeholders.

  • Support audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives by collecting information, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
