At Maven’s Boston headquarters, the Workplace Experience Manager shapes the in-office atmosphere and ensures daily operations run smoothly. This in-person position reports to the People team and typically requires being on site 3–4 days per week, with flexibility to increase to 5 days as needed.
What you will do
- Oversee daily operations of the Boston office so employees have what they need to work effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with building management and vendors, including catering, cleaning, maintenance, and security partners.
- Manage mail and package logistics, coordinating all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Keep the office organized, handling seating plans, facilities projects, and general upkeep.
