This role entails defining, developing, and integrating scalable reporting, analytics, and API capabilities across over 20 Togetherwork products, thereby enabling consistent insights, improved decision-making, and measurable customer value.As a senior individual contributor, the Product Lead will be responsible for the reporting and API roadmap, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams, and driving daily execution through meticulous backlog management and active participation in Scrum ceremonies. This position merges strategic platform thinking with hands-on delivery, necessitating strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to influence without formal authority.This role is ideal for a product leader who excels at the intersection of platform strategy, customer experience, and execution—someone adept at cross-team collaboration, stakeholder presentations, direct customer engagement, and translating complex needs into high-quality, delivered solutions.
