Role overview
The Workplace Manager leads daily office operations at Synthesia's London location. This role shapes the employee experience and ensures the workspace reflects the company's culture and values. Main responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations to deliver a strong reception and visitor experience.
- Manage daily activities in the London office and seek opportunities to enhance the environment for all.
- Maintain a high-quality, inviting, and efficient office space.
- Serve as the main contact for workplace, facilities, and office-related questions.
- Build and manage relationships with building management and external vendors.
- Develop and refine office processes, standards, and operational methods.
- Keep the office stocked, well-maintained, and running smoothly at all times.
- Support onboarding and the in-office experience for London-based employees and visitors.
- Lead efforts to boost employee engagement and support workplace culture.
- Plan and coordinate social events and cross-functional activities in London.
- Manage Health & Safety and Fire Risk Management protocols.
- Identify and implement improvements to elevate the overall workplace experience.
