We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Transition Leader to spearhead the transition efforts associated with the Avesis integration. This critical role will drive the planning and execution of workplace transition activities, ensuring a seamless integration of Avesis's workplace infrastructure into Guardian's standard practices.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the transition, collaborating with managed service providers to migrate and transform existing workplace support, operational, and lifecycle activities. You will oversee the daily operations of the workplace support organization and provide technical assistance in areas outside the scope of the Deskside Support Team, including application troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues across IT disciplines, fostering a collaborative team environment to drive continuous improvement in service delivery, and participating in internal projects as necessary. You should be comfortable operating with minimal supervision and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
